Apartments and Towers

You want privacy, but crave the convenience. We can give you both (and still have the best location).

KU Student Housing operates three apartment complexes. All are on-campus and have great locations. For single students, we have Jayhawker Towers Apartments. These are two-bedroom apartments for either two or four students. For graduate students and families, we have Stouffer Place Apartments. These are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. For visiting faculty or overnight guests of the university, we operate Sunflower Apartments and the University Guest House. All apartment complexes have guidelines for who can live there. Explore the eligibility requirements in the links at left.
