August 15 (Tu) Apartments open, 8 a.m.
August 17 (Th) Residence halls and scholarship halls open, 8 a.m.
August 17 (Th) Dining plans begin – reduced dining hours until 8-21-17
August 21 (M) Classes begin – full dining schedule
September 1 (F) Last day to change dining plan or cancel optional dining plan for fall semester
September 4 (M) Labor Day holiday – reduced dining hours
October 14-17 (Sa-Tu) Fall Break – reduced dining hours
November 21 (Tu) Thanksgiving Break begins – reduced dining hours
November 27 (M) Full dining schedule resumes
December 8 (F) Stop Day – reduced dining hours
December 15 (F) Last day of final examinations
Residence halls close for Winter Break at 8 p.m.* – dining centers close, evening
Apartment residents approved for contract cancellation vacate by 8 p.m.
December 16 (Sa) Scholarship halls close at noon
January 13 (Sa) Apartments, residence halls, and scholarship halls open at 8 a.m. Dining plans begin – reduced dining hours until January 16
January 16 (Tu) Classes begin – full dining schedule
January 26 (F) Last day to change dining plan or cancel optional dining plan for spring semester
March 17 (Sa) Spring Break begins – reduced dining hours
March 26 (M) Full dining schedule resumes
May 4 (F) Stop Day – reduced dining hours
May 11 (F) Last day of final examinations
Residence halls close for spring semester at 8 p.m.* – dining centers close, evening
May 12 (Sa) Scholarship halls close at noon

May 14 (M) Apartments close at 5 p.m.

* When there are unusual issues connected with final examination schedules, graduation, or other compelling circumstances, contact the Complex Director to discuss the possibility of a modified check-out arrangement.

Residents of the residence halls and scholarship halls who will be on campus during break periods may arrange housing at additional cost. Information will be available prior to each break period regarding cost and building details.
