What brought you to KU: The high quality of professionals and opportunity to be developed. KU stood apart from other institutions because of their investment into its employees. The work at KU truly prepares you for whatever job you want next. The class I came in with all advanced in our careers into roles we we sought after. KU gave us the knowledge, skills and abilities to get to the next level.

How do you help make KU a more socially just space: By role modeling the world I want to see. Social Justice and inclusion work is not easy. The main way to make spaces more socially just is by being the change I want to see. By allowing students to be who they are and challenging professionals to do their part I hope KU is a little bit better.

What are important qualities needed to be successful here: Confidence and flexibility! New jobs are hard and you have to be confident that you were hired for a reason. We are a high achieving, high producing and high quality place to work. We look for the top people to join our team. If you are hired you are the best and were hired or a reason.
