Housing Portal Maintenance
Beginning June 17 through June 27, the KU Student Housing Portal will be unavailable while the system undergoes maintenance. Students will be unable to submit a contract, view room assignment and rate information, and submit or change a waitlist request during this time.
Students can submit a cancellation request for their 2022–23 academic year contract by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org from their KU e-mail address including the following information:
- First and last name
- KU ID number
- Statement requesting to cancel the 2022–23 academic year housing contract
