Housing available during winter break

Friday, September 23, 2016

KU Student Housing communities do not close for Fall Break, Thanksgiving, or Spring Break. Residents may stay in Student Housing during winter break by signing up through the myKU portal.

Winter break housing offers three options:

Session 1: December 16, 2016 through January 3, 2017 = $360
Session 2: January 4, 2017 through January 14, 2017 = $200
Session 3: December 16, 2016 through January 14, 2017 = $580

All sessions: If you choose Session 1 or 3, you are required to purchase a block of 10 meals for $88. The Studio in Hashinger Hall will be open.

You may stay in your room if you are a resident of one of these halls: Ellsworth, Hashinger, Lewis, Templin, Self, Oswald, Oliver. If you live in GSP, Corbin, or the scholarship halls, you may ask to stay in Oliver. All residents who wish to stay must submit a reservation, even if you live in one of the open halls.
