When can students start receiving mail?
Mail will start being delivered to residence halls, scholarship halls, and apartments starting August 8 for the 2016-2017 academic school year. Students can receive packages and mail throughout the school year.

How will students pick up their packages?
Packages are delivered to our residence halls, received by the Student Housing staff, and will be kept in a secure area once they arrive. Students will receive a package slip in their mailbox located in their residence hall. Students take this package slip to their residence hall front desk with their KU card, and sign for the package.
What if I changed my room assignment over the summer?
If a student has moved to a different room or residence hall, mail should be sent to the new room assignment. Students can view their room assignments on their myKU Portal.
Is there a limit to how many packages I can send before moving in?
No. However, move-in day is when you'll bring most of your belongings.
