Meeting space reservations

for KU Student Housing Summer Conferences

Summer Conference groups living in KU Student Housing may reserve meeting and common spaces. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and should be requested 48 hours in advance. You also may request space in residence halls in which your group is not staying.

Each event or space must be registered separately and the space is yours for the whole day. If you require a registration for longer than 7 days, please include that in the description. The Daisy Hill Commons classroom, GSP classroom, and Oliver classroom have a daily charge to help with technology use in that space. You will receive an updated costing worksheet when your space is officially reserved and you've receive the email confirmation from KU Student Housing.
