During the summer, KU Student Housing can provide overnight accommodations and event space for camps and conferences. KU Student Housing will work with you to provide the highest level of customer service to participants. The Office of Event Management and Protocol serves as a resource for campus event management and planning.

Annual Timeline

September: Building assignments are determined on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to building availability. Camps and conferences are not guaranteed their first choice of building.

October: KU Student Housing determines rates for the next summer.

December: Interest form is due to KU Student Housing and cost estimates are based on your requests.

March: Booking details are confirmed. Contracts are emailed to camp directors. Signed contracts due back to KU Student Housing within 10 business days.

April – June: Camp/conference directors begin pre-arrival meetings with KU Student Housing and KU Dining Services to confirm details. Meetings are scheduled by KU Student Housing one month prior to event.

September (Post-Event): All payments due.
