If you are considering KU for your summer conference and need housing for your participants, submit the form below.

AVAILABLE halls and services

The following halls are available: Downs, Ellsworth, GSP, Hashinger, Oswald, Self, and Templin, and selected Scholarship Halls.

Other services that can be provided include dining, linen service, meeting space, and meeting space equipped with technology and office space. Some of these services come at an additional charge.

KU Dining Services also can fulfill special requests, catering, and refreshments (i.e. ice cream socials, banquets, pizza parties, evening snacks, receptions, etc.)

Would you like information about the cost to rent linens? (pillow, pillowcase, fitted and top sheet, blanket, towels and washcloth)
