We accept packages mailed to students; here's how

How should I address the package?
Building addresses can be found here. Addressing packages should go as follows:

Student’s name on KU ID
[Nicknames may cause delay - staff members sorting mail have access to the KU ID name.]
Building name, plus room or apartment number
Building address
Lawrence, KS 66045

How will students pick up their packages?
Packages that are delivered are received by the Student Housing staff, and will be kept in a secure area once they arrive. Students will receive an email to their KU email address. A resident who has received a notice may go to the front desk of their complex. Show the desk assistant a KU ID card and retrieve the package. Students can receive packages and mail throughout the school year.

What if I changed my room assignment over the summer?
If a student has moved to a different room or residence hall, mail should be sent to the new room assignment. Students can view their room assignments on their myKU Portal.

Is there a limit to how many packages I can send before moving in?
No. However, move-in day is when you'll bring most of your belongings.
