About Hawker Apartments
Housing & Residence Life is offering spaces in Hawker Apartments for the 2024-2025 academic year. Students living in Hawker will be part of the Housing& Residence Life agreement.
Located on the edge of campus, just steps away from David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, and conveniently on the campus/city bus route, apartments in Hawker have in-unit bathrooms, in-unit kitchens, and are fully furnished. Students assigned to live in Hawker will have access to all Housing & Residence Life staff and support services.
At Hawker Apartments, each bedroom has its own private bathroom and queen-sized bed. Every unit also features granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, walk-in showers, full-size washer and dryer, closets, and private balcony. Hawker also has underground heated parking.
Parking is included in the Hawker room rate and each resident will have a designated parking spot. This pass is only good for their assigned space at Hawker Apartments. Students are eligible to purchase a yellow parking pass through KU Parking and Transit.
