Open solely to internal staff and leaders within Residence Life for department-specific Residence Life events and initiatives.
Given your role within Residence Life as a staff member or University Housing student organization leader, you are eligible to post flyers on both floor bulletin boards and public bulletin boards with proper permission.
FOR RAs AND Programming BOARD LEADERS
If posting within your specific hall only, you need to receive supervisor/advisor approval. You are responsible for posting the flyers and ensuring they are removed after the event. If using this process, you do not need to seek approval from the central Residence Life office.
FOR ALL-HALL EVENTS
Because flyers are for all housing buildings, please utilize the process outlined in Option 1.
