Communicating with Parents & Family

Email notifications will be sent to parent or family email addresses as well as the student's KU and alternate email addresses until room selection has been completed. Once the student has completed room selection, KU Student Housing email notifications will only be sent to the student's KU email address.

Student Concerns

If you are a parent with concerns about your student, please reach out to our hall staff. Contact information for hall staff can be found at the bottom of each hall page. A complete list of Student Housing halls can be found on the A–Z directory page.

Additionally, KU has resources available to help support students. You can visit the Student Support and Case Management website to learn more, or submit a CARE Referral on the Student Affairs website and a representative from SCRT will follow up.
