KU and most off-campus property management companies assume no responsibility and provide no insurance or financial protection for your personal property. We strongly recommend that you get insurance coverage to protect your personal property.
As a student at KU, you're eligible to purchase coverage through GradGuard's college renters insurance program. KU does not receive compensation for providing this student benefit. Claims and coverages are subject to language, limits and exclusions, and policy.

College Renters Insurance
GradGuard's programs are specifically designed for college students and do not require a credit score to purchase.
