Need a Space for Your Camp or Conference?

We've got you covered! To reserve a meeting space, simply send us an email with the details listed below.

To request a reservation, be sure to include the following information in your email:  

  • Full Name 

  • Email Address 

  • Affiliation (Summer School Resident, Camp or Conference Group, or Student Organization)  

  • Date Needed (Requests must be submitted at least 10 calendar days prior to this date)  

  • Event Time (Start and end time) 

  • Event Name or Topic 

Reservation requests are monitored and answered only during the following hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

When you arrive at the building you reserved a space in: 

  1. Bring your email confirmation with you 
  2. Show it to the front desk staff at the building where your event is taking place
  3. This confirmation will verify your reservation and allow staff to grant you access
