Located just south of Allen Field House, The McCarthy Hall apartment complex offers apartments with full kitchens for 38 male residents. The hall also features a third floor patio, theater room, and an indoor basketball half-court visible from the main lobby as well as the second floor lounge.
Apartments in McCarthy Hall feature a living room and full kitchen. The hall offers continuous occupancy (summer contracts are available). McCarthy Hall opened in 2015.
McCarthy Hall has study rooms and lounges on each floor. The main floor has a multipurpose room with kitchen, recreation room, theater room, and basketball half-court. Additionally, wireless internet and laundry are provided.
McCarthy Hall features two-bedroom, two bath apartments, and four-bedroom, two-bath apartments. Apartments also have a full kitchen, including dishwasher, and living room. The private bedrooms come furnished with queen-sized beds and mattresses (60” x 80”), closets, desks, and a desk chair.
