Instructions for move-in will be specific to you. Instructions are divided by community: residence halls, scholarship halls, and apartments.

Move-in Dates

Approved Early Move-ins

• August 17: Panhellenic Recruitment participants

• August 18: Band, ROTC, Jayhawk JumpStart

Group coordinators will confirm dates, times, and details this summer.

August 20

Upper-class returning residents only in McCarthy Hall, Stouffer Place, Jayhawker Towers, Hawker, HERE and Sunflower apartments move in on this date.

August 22

Residents in Hashinger, Templin, Naismith, Self, new/first-year residents in Stouffer Place, and all Scholarship Halls move in on this date.

August 23

Residents in Corbin, Downs, GSP, Lewis, Oswald and Ellsworth Hall move in on this date.
