Your application is submitted through the myKU Portal, not the Housing & Residence Life website. Newly admitted students must establish their KU online ID to access the portal: MyIdentity Account Setup.

Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year, returning residents, and spring semester only are now open. Find your application group below for more information.

2025-2026 Academic Year

First-year, transfer and international students looking to live on campus for the 2025-2026 academic year can apply beginning November 4, 2024. Newly admitted students must establish their KU online ID to access the portal.

Returning Residents

Returning Residents can apply for on-campus housing beginning November 13, 2024. Space will be limited. Please be checking your KU email regularly for specific instructions about the contracting process.
