Spring Closing Information
All Apartments, Residence, & Scholarship Halls close at noon on May 11.
Residents who are graduating from the University on May 12, or who have an active role in the commencement ceremony, will be eligible to stay until May 13 at 10:00 a.m. Information on how to sign up for a late stay was emailed to eligible residents.
Check-Out
As you are leaving for the summer break you will need to remove all items and clean your space prior to checking out. Cleaning supplies are located at your hall's front desk.
Areas to check for belongings prior to check-out:
- Cabinets
- Closets
- Dressers
- Desks
- Bathrooms
Any resident who does not remove all personal belongings from their space will be subject to additional charges, as detailed in the Student Housing Handbook.
Residents should collect all mail and packages from their hall prior to their departure.
Any mail delivered to residents who are not remaining on-campus for the summer will have their mail forwarded to the address listed in their Enroll & Pay account. To update or confirm your forwarding address login to your Enroll & Pay account and select “Personal Details” from the home screen.
Note: Some carriers do not forward mail or packages. Any mail or packages received from these carriers will be returned to the sender.
