Spring Break Service Desk Hours 2022

As many students are preparing to leave campus for Spring Break, KU Student Housing will be reducing hours of operation at some of the service desks within communities. The change in schedules begins Friday, Mar. 11, and schedules return to regular operating hours starting at 8 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 20.

All Student Housing communities remain open during Spring Break. Building staff will be on call for residents as needed.

These communities will have a service desk that will be staffed over Spring Break:

• Downs (Open 24 Hours)
• Ellsworth (Open 24 Hours)
• GSP (Open 24 Hours)
• Stouffer (Open 8 am – 8 pm Daily)
• McCarthy (Open 8 am – 8 pm Daily)
• Towers (Open 8 am – 8 pm Daily)

These communities will have service desk that will close starting on Friday, Mar. 11 at 9 p.m.:

• Crawford (Scholarship Halls) *Crawford will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 11
• Corbin
• Daisy Hill Commons
• Hashinger
• Lewis

Mail service will continue over spring break. Service desks that are closed will have their packages re-routed to the nearest 24 hour service desk. Regular mail service will resume at 8 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 20.
