Housing Portal Maintenance

Beginning June 17 through June 27, the KU Student Housing Portal will be unavailable while the system undergoes maintenance. Students will be unable to submit a contract, view room assignment and rate information, and submit or change a waitlist request during this time.

If you need information about your housing rate or roommate contact information, contact KU Student Housing at 785-864-4560 or email housing@ku.edu for assistance.

Students can submit a cancellation request for their 2022–23 academic year contract by sending an e-mail to housing@ku.edu from their KU e-mail address including the following information:

• First and last name
• KU ID number
• Statement requesting to cancel the 2022–23 academic year housing contract
