Returning Residents Contract by March 8

Are you considering returning to KU Student Housing next academic year? If so, please be aware that space for returning students is limited and that you will need to sign your housing contract soon—by March 8 at the latest.

If you'd like to keep your same room—and it's not reserved for first-year students—you can participate in the room retention process that takes place February 13 – February 15. Otherwise, you may participate in the general room selection for returning residents that takes place from February 20 – March 8.  
 
Please keep in mind that if you don't retain your space between February 13 – 15, there is no guarantee you can get your same room after the general room selection for returning students begins on February 20, especially if someone else selects it. So don't delay!
