Returning residents or currently enrolled students who want to live on campus may sign next year's contract beginning Jan. 10 and select their space in mid-February.

Here is information regarding the contract process and you'll sign your contract through the myKU portal.

Here is the timeline for students who are:

  • Currently enrolled as a KU student, either on- or off-campus, OR previously lived on-campus and
  • want to live in KU Student Housing for 2022-2023.

Housing Contract Available for Returners — Returning residents or currently enrolled students who want to live on campus may sign next year's contract.

You will be first in line to select a room and roommates. You do not pay the $50 application fee.
FEB 1, 2022

Deadline for Scholarship Hall Returners — Deadline for those returning to scholarship halls to sign their housing contract.

You do not pay the $50 application fee. In-hall selection meetings occur from Feb. 6-20, 2022.

Returning Residents Select Rooms

  • If you wish to retain your current space, you will select your room from Feb. 15-17, 2022. Contracts must be submitted by the previous business day before selecting space.
  • If you wish to select any new space, you will do so Feb. 22, 2022. Contracts must be submitted by the previous business day before selecting space.
