Deadlines for retaining apartment or choosing new one

ARE YOU A CURRENT APARTMENT RESIDENT?

As a current KU Student Housing apartment resident, you are first in line to keep your apartment for next year if you sign your contract before Oct. 30.

Want to keep your apartment?

  • Sign your contract via the myKU portal before 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018.
  • Apartment retention will be available 10 a.m., Nov. 1, 2018 through 8 a.m., Nov. 5, 2018. If you don’t retain your apartment during this time, it will be available for other students.

Want to change apartments? You have first choice of Stouffer, Towers, or McCarthy (men only)

  • You must have signed your contract by 6:30 a.m., Nov. 6, 2018. (Election Day!)
  • General apartment selection begins 10 a.m., Nov. 8, 2018.

As a current KU Student Housing resident you may choose any on-campus apartment: Stouffer Place, Jayhawker Towers, or McCarthy (men only).

To select an apartment

  • You must have signed your contract by 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018. (Election Day!)
  • General apartment selection begins 10 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018.
